Is every Cranberry Cove Designs item custom-made to order?
Cranberry Cove Designs is proud to offer customization on all orders. We occasionally carry premade items and imported items from other makers in Canada and across the globe.
Where can I see Cranberry Cove Designs’ items in person?
Cranberry Cove Designs can often be found at markets in and around the Calgary area. Keep an eye on our blog and follow us on Instagram to see where we’ll be next.
Can you suggest designs for me?
If you’re not sure where to begin, contact us to chat about your custom jewelry piece. We’d be happy to work with you to find the right item and customization for any occasion.
The ordering process
How do I place a custom order?
To see the items we have available for customization, view our shop. When you’re ready to start your custom piece, simply send us a message online to get the process started.
What customization options are available?
We offer a variety of ways to customize your hand-stamped piece, ranging from bead colours and designs to varying shapes of blanks to accommodate your custom text or pattern. Contact us for a more comprehensive list.
How many letters/words can I fit on a custom piece?
The length of text your custom jewelry can accommodate depends on the style and type of blank you choose. Reach out to us to discuss your ideas and we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
How long do custom orders take?
Most custom orders can be completed within one to two weeks. However, at busier times of the year, including Mother’s Day, the end of the school year and Christmas, orders can take slightly longer. It’s best to order early to avoid delays.

How many friends can I invite to my Beads & Bubbly event?
Beads & Bubbly events are great for groups ranging from just a few friends to more than a dozen guests.
What’s the cost of hosting a Beads & Bubbly event?
Beads & Bubbly events start at $25 per person. When time permits, guests may wish to make additional projects, which start at $20 per piece.
Payments & shipping
Do I need to pay a deposit on custom orders?
Cranberry Cove Designs is proud to offer affordable custom jewelry and hand-stamped pieces. We don’t accept deposits for custom orders and instead ask that all items are paid-in-full at the time of ordering.
What if I’m not happy with my custom jewelry?
All items created by Cranberry Cove Designs are backed by a three-month product warranty. If you’re not happy with your design due to breakage or defects, reach out to Cranberry Cove Designs within three months of your purchase. We’ll do everything we can to ensure you're satisfied.

Where do you ship?
Cranberry Cove Designs can ship anywhere in North America. For shipping outside of North America, please contact us to discuss your order.
What shipping method do you use?
Shipping is via Canada Post and will be calculated based on your location and items purchased.
Other
Are your items vegan-friendly?
Yes! All items sold by Cranberry Cove Designs are made with vegan-friendly items.
Where do you source your jewelry and other pieces?
Our items are sourced from local makers and suppliers or from independent makers located inside of Alberta, Canada, whenever possible. For example, our Circle of Gratitude keychains are made with vegan leather by 2 Bad Crafters, a Calgary-based small business.
Is there a Cranberry Cove Designs store?
Cranberry Cove Designs is a home-based business in Calgary, Alberta. While we don’t currently have a storefront, anything could happen!
Can I become a distributor for Cranberry Cove Designs?
No, Cranberry Cove Designs is an independently-owned and operated business. We do not have distributors and do not operate with a multi-level marketing business structure.
